KZ1000 progress

I had recently fitted a front end off of a 95 Suzuki 800 intruder, and made a set of 1 piece bars. The only thing left was to tear the frame down for modification and paint.

I cut the fender struts off so we could make a sissybar that is a little bit more structurally sound.

I decided to use a fender off of a wrecked Harley Road Glide for my new rear fender. I wasn't sure how it would look, but after I cut it up I was really happy with the result

After I had cut and sectioned the fender I took it to my buddy Raz's house for him to cut the radius with his plasma cutter and, make my sissy bar, but that is a another post in itself.
