Webster Swap Meet

We headed out to the Webster swap meet on Sunday to see if we could sell any of the junk we had laying around. We had a great time. We sold some shit, got rained on ,and met some cool folks. Don killed it and walked away with the salesman of the month award. It was a great way to spend Sunday.

Ride To The Captain's Tavern in Daytona

Saturday night we got some friends together to take a ride out and take advantage of some food and drink specials offered to our group at the Captain's Tavern in Daytona. Some were worried that the weather wouldn't hold out due to 50% chance of rain in the forecast, but we lucked up and no one had to bust out the rain suits!

We had a really good time! Thanks to Scott at the Captain's Tavern for his hospitality! It was nice to get out with some of our friends that we haven't seen in a while, and refreshing to meet a few new faces. After the hip hop dance session at the Dog House, we decided it was time to take our little trip back to Deland. Some of the others carried on the festivities to the Tir na nOg Irish Pub. The ride back to Deland was fun, and the moon was a magnificent sight. I am planning to have a ride like that at least once a month so keep an eye out for updates.

Fab work almost done.

I actually accomplished quite a bit this week. I finished welding up my fender, made a kickstand and, decided which way to go with my exhaust. I cut the megaphone down, and all I have to do is section and weld it. gotta finish my license plate bracket and headlight bracket, but those are minor. once I give it to to Dachia for paint I can start on rebuilding the engine.

KZ650 Project

Here is our newest project, its a 1980 Kawasaki KZ650. I will post more photos as this project moves forward.This is going to be a full build so we will be a making a hardtail, pipes, handlebars, and a whole bunch of other stuff. We should be starting on the hardtail this weekend so more progress pics to come!
